Meet Emma Chamberlain. She's the queen of influencers. Some may call her the original influencer. She's a YouTuber, model, podcaster, and, most importantly, a businesswoman. 

Emma has shown the world that being an influencer isn't limited to YouTube. You can become much more with dedication and a great idea. 

She obviously is a woman of many talents, but how can one person make such successful decisions? 

Let's talk about how Chamberlain Coffee’s marketing saved her brand. 

 

Emma’s Journey to Creating Chamberlain Coffee

 

Since 2020, Chamberlain Coffee's Marketing team has excited its fans. They do this with each new product release. They have made Emma Chamberlain the center of attention.

Emma knew that for her business to be successful, Chamberlain Coffee Marketing needed a makeover.

Emma admitted to having a hard start with Chamberlain Coffee. She said, "We've realized the brand lacked personality." This is when Chamberlain Coffee Marketing had its chance to show how creative a coffee brand can be.

This is not just a side gig for Emma. She worked hard to launch a rebranded Chamberlain Coffee in 2021 with much more personality.

Emma Chamberlain is known for many things on YouTube, mainly being relatable. Her fans love her down-to-earth, honest personality. Many subscribe to her channel because of her unique vlogging style. With that, Emma has a known love for coffee, a passion that many of her Gen-Z fans can relate to. She has SO MANY videos showing her making or enjoying her daily coffee. When she noticed many fans making her cold brew coffee at home, she saw a business opportunity.

Each coffee blend features a different animal character on brightly labeled packaging. This makes the brand really pretty and fun!

There are different animals, like cute red elephants or sweet yellow bunnies, or even the most famous one, a green alligator, on all of the matcha products. 

And as they should, Gen Z is eating it up. 

 

Back to Business, What is the Marketing Strategy of Chamberlain Coffee?

 

Now obviously Emma has a large following on Instagram, Youtube, X, Tiktok, etc. Would you imagine it's over 15 million in total! Thank goodness, because for a brand to be successful, it needs to be seen. Chamberlain Coffee Marketing has been very strategic. They have used Emma's personal involvement to promote the products.

Chamberlain Coffee Marketing has a great grasp of their social strategy. They use the brand's TikTok to post relatable content, like Emma's fans love. The brand uses YouTube to teach its consumers.

They have many videos like “Coffee 101” or “Matcha 101”. They even show how to make Emma’s Favorite drinks like “Emma’s Italian Cappuccino”

Emma and her team have always been ahead of the game with limited-edition products. They offer everything from Holiday Blends to Birthday and Valentine's Day collections. Chamberlain Coffee has kept offering new and exciting products. Every year, Chamberlain Coffee Marketing creates another trendy and beautiful collection. They offer products and drinks to catch the attention of coffee lovers! 

 

 

Chamberlain Coffee has a strong presence in the creative world. They state on their website, “We believe in the power of creating magical experiences with every sip.” Chamberlain Coffee’s Marketing genius idea was the "Artist Series".

The brand, on subscription only, partnered with different artists selected by Emma herself. They made specially designed limited-edition coffee bags. With only the first 100 orders receiving the exclusive print. 

The brand uses its Instagram to tell the story of each artist and their work. It is a creative and beautiful idea. It aims to build a larger community and involve those who might not know much about art! 

Chamberlain Coffee Marketing did something interesting to bring in influencer promotion. They created an influencer program, Club Chamberlain. Instead of reaching out to influencers with branded collaborations, they have more freedom with UGC.

This program provides an influencer with a unique purchase link to offer users of the link 30% off their purchase, building referrals that unlock different gifted items. From a tumbler to a full coffee bag collection. 

 

 

Tell me about Chamberlain Coffee Marketing Collaborations! 

 

Chamberlain Coffee Marketing has focused on being absolutely ICONIC by partnering or collaborating with some really amazing celebrities. One HUGE collaboration was with Kendall Jenner’s tequila brand, 818. Together, they created the perfect espresso martini, which was an absolute hit for their fans. 

This collaboration included Collab Kits featuring cold brew singles, a glass cocktail shaker, and a branded martini glass, which sold out quickly. They've even featured their select martini menu in a few restaurants in New York and Los Angeles to celebrate the collaboration launch.

Of course, we had to make an honorable mention to the beautiful horse character representing this collaboration on Chamberlain Coffee products. Everyone has to love this key detail tying in Kendall's love for horses, making this partnership more personable. 

And let us tell you, the elegance and beauty of this collaboration made us want an espresso martini just to appreciate it EVEN MORE…

Another successful collaboration was with Shay Mitchell's luggage line, Beis. The event was a Beis cleaning pop-up. It attracted over 1,000 guests. Chamberlain Coffee was served at the event. This raised awareness among Beis’s millennial audience. As amazing as Beis is, they promoted the collaboration on their Instagram! Showing all 1.1 million followers that they will be providing Chamberlain Coffee!

Emma Chamberlain's commitment to sustainability is a core aspect of her brand. 

The Chamberlain Coffee Marketing Team has made it clear that they do not only wish to provide great products but to educate fans and consumers on the process of getting your hands on this coffee. 

She did so much research on the coffee bean process to ensure she was honest with her fans. On the Chamberlain Coffee website you can learn about all the different processes of coffee from Natural, Honey, and even Washed.
